Dietz Stadium Diner

Tried this place for the first time today after always passing it on my way to work. Will definitely be returning! They were so nice when I placed my order for pickup. Had it ready just as I walked in. The salad I got was delicious, huge, and a good price. Can't wait to try their other items!

Dietz Diner is a staple of uptown Kingston. I have been coming here since I was a little girl in the 80's and now that I have moved away to NYC and return for visits, I am so happy that it still stands. Great food, great service, I am always treated like family. Complete dependadaple classic diner. Just wonderful that it stands through the years. I can only hope it remains!

Very friendly staff and homey atmosphere. This is the closest I've encountered so far to being a classic diner, especially as it's also open 24 hours and serves breakfast all day. Even the staff seem to all know each other on a close, personal basis and conduct some friendly banter amongst themselves. The menu is extensive and affordable with generous portions. Would definitely visit again.

Good food and prices. Service is normally very good. Can get pretty busy during normal lunch and dinner hours. I love their Greek chicken wraps with freshly made potato chips, Coleslaw, and pickle spear. Unlike others I have seen at other diners. My wife likes their chicken tenders with fries. The other night I called in an order for my wife to pick up. The server was friendly, even though it sounded like the place was getting slammed. My daughter's sandwich did not come with the fries, pickle and slaw as it is on menu. This time my wrap was dry and not really up to the standards I have been accustomed to her. My wife said the place was crazy so that may have been a contributing factor.
