    Need more training or attention to orders. Our orders are served wrong too often. But Dunkin are normally pretty good hence the 3 stars.

    Service through the drive-thru is fast. Coffee and food are good but my only complaint is about the tops to the cups that Ulster County uses. They are the poorest design and I would rather cross the bridge whenever I can for the older ones.
