Gunk Haus

Wonderfull place to eat if you are into German / Austrian food + great beers! I strongly recommend the bakery and the pretzel croissants!

The food was amazing...everything was outstanding down the the scoop of vanilla ice cream we had next to an awesome watm chocolate chip cookie......will definitely visit Gunk Haus again, and very soon...

A touch of German food for your pallet, I highly recommend this restaurant for nice evening dinner.

There drink menu was nothing I had seen before. The tall glass was Royal Cider, and the small one was Ginger Rogers. The soup of the day was a vegetarian chickpea soup and it was hearty. No time for entree photo. The dessert was a wondrous warm bread pudding with a homemade whip cream... its seasonal so make sure you order it while its winter! It was delicious and comforting. Their pretzel was also yummy. I can’t wait to go back.

My business partners and I enjoy lunch here from time to time. Food is consistently good, fries are irresistible. They do the baking on premises and the bread is among the best, making the sandwiches great again. In the warmer weather they have outdoor seating with a view of the ridge. Highly recommend.
