Served on a bed of polenta and bathed in a sauce of garlic, this dish makes salad wish it didn't have to put on its dressing. Its poached in extra virgin olive oil and caramelized onion. Freshly toasted and ground coriander seed add the perfect flavor to quench any possible cravings you might have. Served alongside lightly sauteed string beans and garlic and lightly braised in a sauce soju, you'll never want to eat at a different restaurant. Paul Friedman is truly a 5 star chef.
Paul's creations are fantastic. The food is organic and healthy and always delicious. He will prepare meals to your specifications. Aside from that, he is a lovely man.
