Darlings

First time at Darlings and I will return. I had the fried chicken and my dinner mate had the bacon cheeseburger. My chicken was delicious and the burger was massive, with 2 patties, cheese, smoked onions I think and peppered bacon. I loved the fresh cut seasoned fries and the potato salad as well. Everything was fresh and hot and I love the interior which is very spacious.

Don’t drink the water, or anything with ice in it. Unless you like having a mouth full of swimming pool. Also, $18 for a smash burger which was good but can easily be made in your own kitchen. It’s spicy too, not a problem, but should be noted on the menu. Doubtful that the meat is grass finished, but for the price it should be.

Darlings is so special. The food was fresh and amazing. The staff is attentive and delightful. The VIBES are perfect. It feels like home, and you can tell how much love is put into each detail of this new Hudson Valley Staple. And the cocktails?! Unreal. A cozy, bright, inviting spot for every single type of human. ❤️

Amazing dinner on the deck with our family! Had the trout dip, fried chicken bucket, potato salad, collard greens and cucumber salad. All amazing! Our drinks were top notch- we tried four of those offered and loved each one. The Paloma was my favorite. What an amazing gem for the Hudson Valley. Check it out, you will love it!

We had unique, tasty drinks and delicious vegan dinner on the outside deck and enjoyed the sunset. Everything about our experience was exceptional. Perfect for a quick bite or a sit down dinner. Super accessible between New Paltz and Kingston.
