For a reasonable price, I had a wonderful breakfast here. The french toast was sublime, it must have been some sort of cinnamon swirl bread to begin with, so the flavor was honestly better and richer than any french toast I've had before. The sausage that came with the breakfast was unusually good so when I asked the waitress about the sausage, she said that they made it on premises and took great pains to make it. I would take the 40 minute drive to Phoenicia again just to eat here.

The food was great! The waitress was amazing! I could not find fault with anything in our visit. We will definitely be returning!

My favorite place to eat in all of Ulster County (no joke). Try the wild mushroom pie and the mac and cheese.

The wait staff is also always amazing! We had a younger guy yesterday who was awesome, wish I got his name!

Dependable. Always can find something tasty at Brios, great service, good variety. Honestly don't think I've ever had anything bad. Breakfast is really good, FYI and affordable. And the dessert. Go just for the desserts and a cuppa if nothing else. Plus you run into everyone you know if you're a local. And if you're visiting, welcome to the community!

Good food. Long list of beer on tap. Wish the waiter knew more about the beer list though. Pizza was very good, burger as well. Next time I'm up in the area I'll probably stop in for a nice nosh.
