I go here as often as I can just to get the delicious stuffed french toast.

Overall I loved this place all summer. With great service from the start coming from the host. Continuing with my waiter. The food was priced well and always came out fast and hot. Thank you for another great summer! Highly recommend!

We were looking for someplace nice for breakfast. The staff here was attentive but the food was a bit lacking for the price. We spent $30.00 for two three egg omlettes with sides and coffee which was only $9 less expensive than our our dinner the night prior. My omlettes had an unbroken yolk in it, which is fine for over easy eggs but not so good in an omelette. I would definitely still be willing to give this diner a try though, at the very least based on the warm service we received.

There’s no way this place deserves only 2 stars. NO WAY. 5 stars from me, no question. I’d give it 6 if I could. First time in Lake George/Bolton Landing and this hit the spot! We went this morning for some breakfast and it was perfect. REALLY friendly staff, delicious food, large portions, great prices, and all in a cozy cute atmosphere. No complaints whatsoever! (And breakfast served all day, YES!) Iva & Audy’s will undoubtedly be our go-to place for breakfast food in the future.

Also, one final note, in regards to other poor reviews mentioning wait time- we had zero wait and our food came within 10 minutes! But it’s technically not quite peak season up there yet so we probably got lucky. If it were mid-July, I’d expect there to be a decent crowd/line. It’s a tiny place and with a million tourists running around in the summer, there’s bound to be waiting involved. I’d cut them some slack, especially as a small business with limited capacity. But hey that’s just me. ????

I'm sorry to see so many poor reviews of this place. I've been a few times, and the first time I had the French toast I was knocked out. I didn't love the coffee, but everything else seemed fine. They are usually very busy, and the wait can be too long for breakfast. Not sure what the issue is, but I hope they can find a way to be more efficient.
