Staff was in back and not terribly attentive. Cute, convenient shop but I simply think their products are overpriced, despite the high quality. A nice treat once in a while.

Such a cute little spot! I commute by there every morning and finally decided to stop by. The coffee and treats are great!! However, I cannot say the same about the service and because of this it will be my first and last time going. I paid with dollar coins (one of the many metro north commuter cons), asked the lady if that was ok with her and she responded with “there’s a customer waiting in line” - as if I wasn’t a paying customer myself. The transaction took no more than if I paid with a CC or regular dollar bills. I excitely visited the shop with the intent of capturing a pretty photo to give the shop some exposure on social media, as I am a blogger, but the service and her attitude on a slow Tuesday morning were uncalled for and EXTREMELY unprofessional.
