I love this location the waiters are always courteous and friendly, not to mention the food is amazing. I would've given this location 5 stars if only it was a little more sizeable. It's a very tiny location and you will feel as if you're sitting Indian style in a circle of strangers. That's how close everyone are when dining. If you're a person that's obsessive about your personal space, or if you're the least bit claustrophobic this is definitely not the place!

I love coming to this place. The food is so reasonably priced and very tasty. They have excellent specials and the server, Wendy, is great. Very friendly and attentive.

The best pancakes in Westchester County. And they are served with a smile. The food is always consistent and the place is mostly clean too. IHOP has been around for 45 years, needs renovations. The night and day managers are friendly, service is always good. The air conditioning needs to be kept on when it is hot, please. Stay away from weekend mornings, unless you want to wait. Also, the slower times make it a great place for family or even a nice date. The small area in the back should be left open and ready for customers wanting a quiet setting. All in all, this place is a stable on Central avenue and is highly recommended. Cheers.

Mostly a good value with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Free parking in their own parking lot. Sometimes their is a long wait to be seated though. The restaurant is kept clean and well kept and the food is pretty good most of the time. You may need a coat since it is kept fairly cool.
