Shake Shack

Wish could give them 100 stars. The food is so clean. The only burger that I have eaten without any regrets.

Burgers and shakes are very good. Hot dogs are all beef and tasty. While.not bad, the French fries are only good. They are crispy on the outside and soft inside,.but just good. Not great. Still worth a trip for the burgers alone.

Food is good, people are friendly, problem is places like this that take your order before you sit is there were no tables available. We had to change from here to take out and ate in the car. They only gave me 1 burger when I ordered 2. They handled it well as they did with the to go order switch. I wasn't happy about tables. I don't see myself going back anytime soon.

Food was good, but I was surprised at the high prices for fast food. For money like this I would rather bypass fast food, spend a little more and get better quality food that is not fried (after all we are in NY). Portions are tiny also as another reviewer commented on. Staff was fine and so was the wait. Bottom line, not worth the money.

Food was the best that I have had in years. Shake shack has fallen way below average for many years. The burgers are almost always over cooked. This time, they were delicious! The veggies were fresh and the bun was not soggy.

The French fries were also perfectly crispy with just the right amount of salt. They didn’t taste like they came from overused oil.

They had my order right on. The employees were very friendly regardless that it was approaching closing time.

The only downfall was timing. I ordered from the online app to pick up at 9:30. I didn’t realize the order changed to 9:45PM pick up by the time I submitted it. Still the food wasn’t ready until 10:05PM.

I was so happy to have the shake shack that it has been known for anyway.
