China Star Buffet

Nice place, good service, and lot of food, but is the same day by day.

Don't expect nothing fancy. This is a basic chinese buffet with the basic chinese foods. Service is good. Went on a weekday so the price is cheaper. Expect to pay 11 dollars for all you can eat. But its not much you can eat.

I go to the buffet once a week if I can and the owner knows me very well. Man I get lo-mein and rice and rice noodles and of course some chicken for my first meal. Holy cow it’s great. My favorite restaurant. The waiters and Waitresses serve me and my grandma very kindly. I have only had one bad waiter when I was eating my whole time there. He got fired in about a month so I wouldn’t say bad service. Just a bad waiter who just got hired. I’m telling you they should open a ice cream shop cause the ice cream is probably the best on central ave. Maybe west Chester. About 2 years ago their ice cream was way way way way way better but, love the new ice cream way better than any other place

Good food. We go here every Christmas day because all other restaurants are closed- I'm sure lots do the same.
Waiters/waitresses aren't too friendly though. I'm pretty sure I saw them talking about our group behind our back (they were actually pointing at our group and talking to each other), and they kept looking over at our table as if to rush us to leave.
Tables are too close to each other. It's nearly impossible to move in and out of your table without getting anyone to move.
Environment is pretty dark, could use some lighting, and furnishings are cheap.
But overall they have good food and it's cheap. 3 stars.
