Five Guys Burgers and Fries

Updated to 4 stars after seeing significant improvements.

One of the worst branches. The food is still the same, the service though! The other day I went I was the only one in line and ready to order. I approached the girl behind the register and said hi. She looked at me confused and horrified and just left. Just like that. I got confused too and didn't know what was wrong. A young man came and said "I can help you". I was about to order when again he said "hold on" and left. He came back and apologized. I finally ordered. I needed a fork I asked him he couldn't find any. He kept saying "hold on" 3 times. I couldn't wait to get out of that place. I was actually excited about 5 guys opening in the area, not anymore. The place is littered as well. Something is just not right. Very disappointed :(

This place is great however there sometimes are more or less than 5 guys there, but there are always burgers and fries.

I really like the place because of their burgers and fries. Keep in mind it can be expensive but worth it because the burgers are delicious with choices of toppings. Also, their shakes are so good and I guarantee you will not regret it.

Super friendly staff. Butcher block tables, comfortable chairs (even with my bad back). Tables were clean. I enjoyed Hebrew National hot dog with bacon, sauteed onion & mustard on standard hot dog roll. Cup of water at no charge. My companion had Griiled Cheese (served on white bread; only cheese choice is American), hand cut French fries, along with a caramel milkshake. Our favorite are the french fries!! All for ~$19
