Three Little Pigs BBQ Of Hawthorne

FIrst taste of Three Pigs BBQ ever so I wanted to sample a variety of food from the menu to check out the offerings. Ordered a full rack of the St. Louis Ribs, piece of cornbread, hot dog, pickled carrots and sides of the "cuc, tomato, onion salad (pretty good side)", sweet potato wedges, and beans. I didn't know what to expect with trying ribs without any BBQ sauce but these ribs held strong on their own without any sauce! Deliciously seasoned. (And I'm picky!) Cornbread still warm, fresh, slightly sweet - tasty - liked. Pickled carrots unique and surprisingly fresh and good and will order again. While the beans were a little bit too salty for my taste, I'm sure others will like it just that way and the other food in this order was overall still so great - the reason for the 5 stars! The sweet potato wedges were AMAZING. Melt-in-your mouth sweet (even with the burnt outsides!) - they were sooo good. This area has been begging for a place like this! Outstanding ribs. Lush, juicy, with crisp dry crust. Incredible smoke flavor. Hard to find killer creamed spinach too, but they nail it.

Best barbeque in the area. You will not believe this level of quality is being made and served right here.Its a nice little place.

This is a great little joint for your pulled pork cravings. The service has been quick and friendly whether I went in to order or called ahead for pickup. The pulled pork is very delicious as well as the mashed sweet potatoes. The potato wedges are very salty if that’s your thing.

Nice little place. Brisket sandwich was very good. Prices a very good for a BBQ place. Will be going back.
