Vento Bistro

Shishito peppers were delicious and piping hot. Our favorite was the ceviche which I would come back for once a week if not more. It was the perfect bite of food. The fish was all so fresh and perfectly prepared. The shrimp appetizer was excellent. Overall, fabulous ingredients and taste. There is clearly so much heart and soul put into each dish. Will become a regular! !

We had an outstanding dinner at Vento, which offers Italian cuisine with an emphasis on seafood. The restaurant space had a cozy atmosphere. The staff was attentive and efficient. The dishes varied from the excellent to the sublime, the latter of which included the ceviche, sweetbreads (yes, you read that correctly), roasted salmon and chocolate mousse (also made in house). Come here for a special occasion or simply to grab an excellent bite to eat.

Their food made me happy. Food was great, service attentive, and owner speaks to his guests. Wonderful evening.. Go.

Intimate atmosphere and wonderful food. Chef Francesco makes you feel at home. Would definitely recommend, one of the best restaurants I have been to in Westchester!
