The wait was very long, not that much people was there. I ordered the ox tails with mac and cheese and the mac and cheese had no flavor. I enjoyed my drink and the music though.

A bit pricey for Caribbean food and the service is on the amateur side. When we first arrived we had to ask them to please put on some music while we sat at a table for 10 minutes before anyone said anything to us. The food was decent enough, but when we got the bill we had a 20% gratuity added on at 4 in the afternoon for 4 people. Definitely a cute place, but they need to step it up a lot. In addition on a 40 degree rainy day they had no heat on. We froze the entire time. Will not go again anytime soon. Help is definitely needed! Side bar The macaroni and cheese was the bomb!!

I love the food but I hate the lack of consistency and always running out. They upgraded their ambience for the majors leagues but Still operating their customer service like they are in the minor leagues. I would advise using analytics and historical data to determine what customers on a Saturday evening or a Tuesday night will order so you can determine how much you will make. Pick up your cue from the big restaurants and franchises and you can be one yourself. I got tired of gambling with them because it I order oxtail 2 out 3 times, I guarantee they will cancel on you. Especially if you order online. Also have more manners and better customer service. Stop acting like you are doing us a service when we are paying for it.
