Asked then to cook the dishes as more authentic Chinese style, more like home cooking and not with the sweet sauces that are so popular outside China.

They did a very good rice vermicelli noodles stir fried with prawns. Lots of deep flavor, children loved it.

I decided to eat my food at the restaurant instead of a take out, they serve me on a plate instead of in the take out bowl, which was quite nice but nobody gave me water to drink, it was 96 degrees out, I had to call out for them to give me water. The food was okay.

It is the neighborhood's best place for take out Chinese food in the Scardsale Village. Great food, fast, friendly and good variety. Even eating there is nice and cozy. So if you are on the run or want to sit and enjoy a good meal, come to Chop Stix. I have been going there for well over a decade. Consider it! You will not regret it!

OK, but can be a little greasy. This is your run of the mill neighborhood restaurant. Nothing special--good or bad. They deliver and are usually quick, but watch out during peak periods because they will promise everything, but deliver much later than they tell you. Still, it's pretty good and they are open late
