Outback Steakhouse

Went on the weekend around 12:30pm for lunch. There was no wait. The bread is delicious. Be sure to ask for a hot loaf --- it's way better hot. Had steak. It was just ok. The blooming onion and wings are the way to go --- the reasons for a return trip.

OK. That's how I'd describe my most recent visit. Just OK. The dinner time wait was very reasonable. The food was good and prepared correctly. The prices were good, as always. So what's there to complain about? The service was fair. Out of Fosters Australian beer in Outback? How can that be? Our tabletop rocked like a small boat in a big storm. I realize its Outback, not Delmonico's, but it would have been nice to be made to feel I was at the latter.

This is my local Outback. Do you know what an Outback Steakhouse is? If yes, then this is one. It's exactly what you'd expect from an Outback. If you're unfamiliar, it's a steakhouse chain that actually does a pretty good job at what they do. Great appetizers and salads. Steaks are almost always awesome. Blooming onion is the way to go. Big drinks. Good beer and mixed drink selection. Super crowded at popular times, so make reservations or go during off hours. Staff has always been friendly. Usually have a few staff members that put that little 'extra' in extraordinary. Plenty of free parking.

Snagged a booth near the kitchen. Got the best Blooming Onion ever. Our server Sharron was great, incredibly attentive and personable, made the evening awesome for my wife and I. Will continue to come back! Keep up the great service all!
