Coco Taqueria Yonkers

Tasty food, clean restaurant with vibrant decor, and very kind service. They have desserts, such as churros and leche flan, although I was not able to try. I see that they also offer juices.

Great new spot in the area! I ordered the chicken (pollo asado) tostadas and it was made exactly how I asked for it … the lady was even sweet enough to add avocado … i’m a happy camper and will be returning more often!!

I ordered the Bistec a la Mexicana, which was pretty good, but my boyfriend's mole chicken was actually amazing. The sauce was so unique, and the chicken was cooked PERFECTLY. It pulled apart like pulled pork! Both dishes came with plenty of rice and beans. The rice was a bit dry/undercooked maybe, but that mole chicken was so good it's still 5 stars in my book.

The portions are very large too. They also have delicious sweet plantains and churros!

The food did take a while to make, about half an hour (which probably means they made it from scratch!) so do call ahead and place your order so you don't have to wait around.

Can't wait to go back and try everything else on the menu!
