    Warm, convivial, friendly establishment. Comfortable, old-world ambience. Sat right near the welcoming fireplace. Beautiful setting; perfect for a gray winter’s day. Service was attentive, and food was very good!

    We just had our son's Engagement party at Travelers Rest last night. The food was great and everyone loved the venue. Tina and her son Gary were very attentive to us and our guests. It was a perfect night!

    Excellent food and service from the second you get there. Great German specialties along with steaks, chops and seafood choices. Very nice wine list as well as bar selections all in a beautifully decorated old time inn . We come here frequently.

    Travelers Rest is a marvelous place!! The ambiance is incredible and unique, and brings me back to the good old days, when there was service and quality food! I always have the crab cakes. It's the real deal and rather incredible tasting. The vegetables are fresh and made with care and I can't say enough about the place! The servers are attentive to my every need, and the owners and hostess are gems! So glad fine dining is close to me!!
