Pilot Travel Center

It was clean, well stock, signs were noticeable. Even the bathroom was clean. The gas was affordable. Truckers seem to like it. Has a Wendy's and donuts too.

The place was clean and I liked the way it was laid out. The people were courteous and attentive to my needs and others. They took care of all. Best gas prices in the area.

The Pilot Travel Center has clean bathrooms and store and clean serving areas for food (Wendy’s and Dairy Queen in addition to your standard gas station fare)—what more could you ask for in a gas station/travel center?

When I travel up and down I-40, this is one of the stops that I try to make it to for gas or food due to the nice, clean, friendly experience (which you certainly cannot say for every travel center/truck stop on 40!)

All the pilots I've been to are basically the same. Parking lot and bathrooms were clean. Store was well stocked and organized. But It is the staff that makes the place. I was not impressed with the staff here. The cashier was a bit nasty with a customer that was getting a weight check because he didnt turn his truck off. The only person that stood out was the attendant who was outside cleaning when we walked up to the building. He greeted us and was very friendly even when we got inside and needed towels. He was happy to help with our needs and even joked with us about having the big bathroom.

Great experiance. Once I came into the store I was immediately greeted with a smile! :) the store itself is very clean so are the bathrooms. There is also a lot of food to choose from. Great pilot!
