The Yellow Deli

The yellow deli is described as it's name. Bright, different, whole souled atmosphere. Full of good hearted earthy people who make beautiful food for the soul. If you despise vegetarian food you will think twice after eating their. Very healthy and satisfying. Absolutely stunning craftsmanship to make this place. Never dissatisfied with their service. If your from the north, their is a close resemblance might even bring back memories.

This is a must-visit if you are ever in this part of North Carolina. From the outside, The Yellow Deli looks like a typical house turned into a restaurant. But once you enter, it'll seem like a different world, as if you are dining in an elaborately decorated tree house. Aside from the good ambiance, we also enjoyed the food which was made with fresh ingredients. We were also very satisfied with the service.

Great place. I have no complaints people there are awesome. My kids love that place. My daughter enjoyed her birthday cupcake that the waitress gave her. They're very thoughtful tribes....

New restaurant tonight. Beautiful buildings, amazing smells, good food. Run by "interesting, communal" folks. Super friendly. Had the chili and half a reuben sandwich for dinner. Beef chili was thick, hearty and full of flavor. Reuben was delicious and cheesy handful of corned beef. Would definitely return.

We had the pleasure of sitting in the mezzanine’s “crow’s nest” & it was awesome!! A perfect spot to enjoy this quaint restaurant & its offerings. Our food was delicious & included the butternut squash soup served piping hot with a buttered piece of bread served warm (I could’ve eaten 3 pieces of this delicious warm buttered bread & nothing more!????) I ordered & ate one of the best Reuben sandwiches I’ve ever had! We also visited the next door store which had wonderful teas, local honeys & array of baked goods! The hostesses and servers were very friendly and this evenings dining experience was very enjoyable! We will be back!
