Excellent food and service. For a new restaurant that is somewhat amazing. They do need to add some plants or artwork to warm up the space...but will return again this week. How nice to have it added to the environment of West Jefferson.
From the greeting at the door by Becky through goodbyes from Chef Jared, we had a wonderful evening at the new Craft Bistro. Jared’s thoughtful, well-prepared food combined with the excellent staff make this our new “go-to” place in Ashe County. So nice to be able to have this level of dining right in West Jefferson.

Congratulations to Jared Yelton & family with the start up of West Jefferson’s newest fine dining restaurant! We enjoyed a great gourmet meal during one of the “soft” openings. We were greeted with a knowledgeable & courteous staff, and warm surroundings. Here’s to much success Jared!
