    The food is delicious. The customer service is outstanding. Every time I come to town that is my go to place. The people are friendly. Wish we had a Backwater Jacks in Fredericksburg Virginia.

    Amazing atmosphere, outdoor seating, love the crab dip! Awesome drinks! I wanted to sing for open mic night, unfortunately it was canceled due to weather conditions! Oh well, next time.

    Great location and food is good. Wait staff friendly. Only downside was they only accept cash. They do have a teller on site though!
    I will be back.

    Great selection of food and drinks. Seafood selections are great. Did have burger last visit and it wasn't all that great. So if getting anything the buffalo shrimp are great and the seafood combos and good. Also the Pulled Pork Nachos are bomb.

    Loved the experience! Top notch customer service. Food was great. Had the shrimp burger with sweet potato fries and ate every bit of it. The shrimp was well-seasoned, to my surprise, and the sweet potato fries were sweet and crisp. The only reason its 4 and not 5 stars is that I saw no drink specials nor did they have many drink options on their menu.
