We saw this place walking by on the street and their signage advertising cheese biscuits was plenty sufficient to entice us to give it a try. Their food is excellent, unpretentious, and well made. The cheese biscuit was wonderful. It was the sort of bread that if served for a starter at a sit down resturant you would find yourself a week later thinking to return to the restaurant just for the bread.
We also tried a sausage and country ham biscuit and found both to represent how a good southern biscuit should be. If you saw a stack of them on a platter at your great aunt someone's home for the unskippable family event you would be deeply pleased you came and would stack a few on your plate on your way towards the deviled eggs and table of cake slices.
Did not disappoint and we tried to return the following day (closed sundays).
