    Still one of the best hamburger and hotdogs restaurants in north Carolina.

    I have been coming here for years. They have some of the best handmade hamburger patties ever made. They are cooked when you place your order. One all the way, includes homemade chili, slaw, onions and mustard. There isn't a better hamburger around!

    If you're in the area you owe it to yourself to try a burger at Cain's Grill. The service is friendly, the burgers are cooked fresh, and there's a great variety of toppings. It's a real trip back in time that you will definitely enjoy.

    Great country location in White Oak. The Carolina burger was excellent and my husband said his hotdog was also very tasty. He loved the burger and fries as well.

    We stopped by for lunch while hiking the NC Mountains to the Sea Trail (MST). Friendly staff and good food. Plus we charged our phones as well.
