Had such a wonderful time!!!!! The food was excellent and the service was amazing! We were unaware that we needed a reservation before hand but they were super accommodating and were able to get us a table on this busy Saturday night! We are local to the Wilmington area and are excited to come back for more. There are so many different things we are excited to try next time and the ‘crack toast’ was delicious and a must try. The staff was super helpful, attentive, welcoming, and thoughtful. Throughout our time we had multiple different staff members asking if we needed anything, if there was anything they could do for us, and if we were enjoying everything. Thanks so much for the wonderful dining experience and we can’t wait to be back!
Wonderful experience! Definitely recommend making a reservation first, but we were able to sit at the bar and dine in and the food was exemplary. Despite being completely booked, our food came out in a timely manner and they even accommodated for my vegetarianism! I cannot stress how delicious the food was, and this is by far the best upscale experience I’ve had in Oak Island.
Super excited to finally try this restaurant. I worked in this building almost 40 years ago as my first server job. The new owners did a fabulous job updating the inside but that doesn’t come close to what they did with the menu. What a treat to have something other than Calabash style seafood on Oak Island. So many great choices to choose from which ensures everyone will find something they will love. I can’t wait to go back and I don’t say that often. Treat yourself and give them a try. Don’t forget one of the delicious craft cocktails when you go. You might want to call ahead a get a reservation.
We had the spinach Flatbread and sweet and hot bacon for an appetizer. The plating was amazing beautiful presentation and the flavors were a great compliment to one another. Entrees we had the salmon, their aged bone in ribeye and a shrimp platter. All the seasoning was excellent. The portions were very plentiful and the meal was cooked perfectly. Steak had a great flavor and was cooked a perfect medium rare. Definitely a great experience very glad to have been able to try them on their early stages. The chef was amazing. Highly recommend getting a reservation and visiting. Great work! Loved the place.
