Bennett's Grill and Cafe

Had the Brunswick Burger and it was great. Everyone really enjoyed their burger and hotdogs. My wife's fried shrimp were lightly battered which she prefers. Cinnamon Sugar hush puppies were delicious. Service was very friendly. Prices are very reasonable.

This place is a gem! Best hamburger ever. I watched as the cook grabbed a big ball of real meat and slap it on the grill, then used a hamburger press to press it out. This was not your "fast food" hamburger....it was great.

Always love this place. Unlike many of the local seafood restaurants here, I hold this place in high regards to the quality of food. Most places in the area serve their food with such grease that it coats your mouth and becomes distasteful. Bennett's however, has never left me with this experience. Everything always comes out crispy and beautifully cooked, with good flavor and a good separation as well. I can't confirm this but, to me, it tastes like everything is fried in it's own oil vats to prevent cross contamination of flavors, something you don't get elsewhere here. The flavors are always fresh and the staff are always nice.

Overall. High quality food, good prices, good staff and environment. Highly recommend!!

(Get a shrimp sandwich with mayo, lettuce, and tomato, you won't be disappointed ;)

Good and VERY BAD experience... 2018 ate a cheeseburger from here was awesome! This year tried the flounder.... worse experience eating flounder ever. For 11.95 one piece of fish a quarter cup of slaw about 15 small fries. And everyone except one young fella were beyond rude and acted like we were completely inconveniencing them. Oh and with fish you would expect condiments to be included... nope .25 for each tiny cup of sauce . Next day we ate at another seafood place. Food was amazing service was over the top price was $1 cheaper for more food and NO CHARGE FOR CONDIMENTS. Needless to say we won’t be visiting Bennett’s again most likely

WOW!!!! If you are looking for a good hamburger this is the place to go. Their cheese fries are also phenomenal. I have not tried anything else but honestly everything on the menu looks amazing. I have watched other people walk by was plates that I think look fantastic. And my cheeseburger junkie and said I always stop by when I'm in the area.
