Talk Of The Town

Having lived within the throws of Arthur Ave Italian kitchens in Da Bronx, I am very particular when it comes to Italian food. When we moved down to NC a couple of years ago there were three things missing, good Chinese food, decent unfrozen Pizza, and Italian food that was not cook with Ragu.
We tried the local establishments and were left unimpressed and began travelling outside to find what we craved for. Our search is over, finding Italian food that has our taste buds dancing with delight. The food is simply fantastic and the aroma brings us back to the days Arthur Ave.

Homemade Italian dishes made from fresh ingredients on-site. Attentive service. Comfortable, casual setting. We started with the house salad - very fresh greens dressed with a nicely blended Italian - not too tart and not overly seasoned. Our entrees (shrimp scampi and prosciutto wrapped manicotti) were very well prepared, served piping hot and delicious! This was our first visit and we definitely will return.

Have dined there a couple times and have tried several dishes ALL delicious. The best marinara sauce in town. The homemade Italian bread is wonderful but would love it even more served warm. Service has always been good. Adding a couple planter pots (maybe arborvitaes) to designate the main entrance would be a nice touch.
