Sea Trail Resort Villas

Great condo for 5 friends to stay during a vacation. Clean condo with plenty of space. Only negative is the kitchen and bathrooms were not stocked with the very basics (no salt and pepper, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper). Other than that everything was great.

We were not disappointed in our villas or the golf courses. The people were very nice and accommodating, the restaurant and bar at the main Pro shop was awesome. I will definitely bring my 20 golfers back. We stayed an entire week and all had a great time.

This was one of our best trips yet. The place we stayed was perfect. Everything was much better than expected. The golf bookings were excellent. I had already commented our trip really was boring. We didn't have to check on anything. Nothing was wrong when we arrived. Everything went like clock work. Perfect communications. This is how a get away is supposed to work. All of you guys did an exceptional job. Thank you.

Everything was very nice. The courses were picturesque and challenging, although the grass was just coming out of dormancy (Apr 4-8).
We had one day of rain cancelling our golf that day, but they were willing to let us split up the 18 and add an afternoon 9 to each of the next two days.
The water did not drain well off the Jones or Byrd courses (cart path only for 2-3 days), but did drain well off the Maples, so we switched one day from The Jones to The Maples.
The lunches were very good, but the breakfast buffet was limited, and should be expanded with more options (i.e. Fruit, cereal and waffles).
The condo was well equipped, and comfortable, right on the Maples first hole.

Great Trip set up by Sam from Sea Trail Golf. This is our fourth year staying there and it never disappoints. Jones was a bit beat up but we also played Sandpiper Bay, Crow Creek and Farmstead which were all in great shape. Nice $10.00 replay at Sandpiper Bay as well. Our room was spacious with a true King Bed and a double in the other room. Everything worked great. The couple that joined us were not as pleased as they had two beds pushed together to make up a Kind and two single beds in the other room. So when requesting a bed, you may want to ask if it is a true king, or a double pushed together, so that you are not sliding in between the beds as they were :-) As well, the dishwasher was broke down along with their coffee maker (Major SIN). That being said, the staff were right on it, and made things right ASAP. Thanks Kathy! The outdoor pool was great as was the indoor.
