Panera Bread

I am pretty much an almost frequent customer. I go 2-3 times a week for my usually Madagascar almond cold brew coffee with a sandwich. Though, today was not a good experience, and my husband was getting his coffee for the first time here too. I ordered my drink, but by the time I tried it (and we were already on our way somewhere else) it tasted so off, and I could tell they put regular dairy instead of almond milk like I requested because my throat would start feeling scratchy. The almost croissant I ordered was cold, and we had three people come thru the drive one after the other giving us our items and asking us if we needed anything else and whatnot. My husband and I agreed that it was a bit much and confusing and made everyone else almost forget the coffee and creamer because no one seemed to know what the other person is doing.

Service wasn't at the usual level today and my breakfast was almost given to another table. The gentleman who brought me my order said that they were having issues with the order numbers not showing up on the correct order. One table had waited over 30 minutes for their food and when it was brought out it was mixed up with my order and served on the same plate. We finally explained what we each ordered and after replacement of plates our orders were delivered correctly with part of mine to-go. The English Breakfast tea was very bitter this morning and I will definitely check out the taste before leaving next time.

Maple bacon egg and cheese wrap is lovely. I love their breakfast and dessert. And salads.

These guys are so on point. The sierra turkey sandwich was removed from the menu, but the cashier was able to rebuild it piece by piece for me, with no prompting or instruction! Always good food, fresh, and super tasty! I highly recommend their super berry smoothie!
