Joe Loves Lobster Rolls

Great place. Stopped in on our way back from Southport. So glad we did. The woman behind the counter was super informative and couldn't have been nicer. Placed our order at the register and food was brought out to our table. Great roll and great bun. This is not a lobster salad sandwich it is truly all cold lobster on a split top roll just like New England. Awesome! The 5oz roll was $20 served with some pineapple cole slaw which was good as well. They also had potato salad and bagged chips.

ABSOLUTELY the best lobster roll this side of Maine! What's better than 1 of Joe Loves Lobster Rolls...rolls? Two! The restraunt is clean and tastefully decorated, not to mention the perfect back story that had a personal meaning to me. But let's not forget the star of this review...LOBSTER...YUM...worth the four hour drive to get here. We will be back!!

OMG. The rolls here were amazing. Pricey but you really get what your pay for in this case. The Joe Roll with 5oz was jam packed with lobster not a mayo heavy roll like others. We also had an order of gator bites that were cooked perfectly. I didn't try my daughter's burger but she ate it all and getting her to finish something is a testament unto itself. If you're in the area or are lucky enough to see their food truck out you've got to treat yourself. My only regret is that I don't live in the area and I'll have to wait at least a year before I can have another.

It was the first time I'd visited the brick and mortar store after having visited the food truck quite a few times. I had the lobster over greens (I believe that's what they call their lobster salad) since I really didn't want any gluten-free bread options, and it was delicious! They give you the dressing for your salad and they also give you a side of warm butter just to dip your lobster in...oh my WORD! I was extremely happy and I can't wait until I'm back that way so I can stop in again!

If you're local, just go! They offer a nice variety of menu options so you won't be sorry.

The lobster rolls here are hands down the best we have ever had! Very fresh and light, with no extra ingredients or fillers. Customer service is also top notch, helpful and friendly! We highly recommend to others and look forward to coming back soon!
