You know Biscuit Head? Sunny Point? Those lines...
Abeja’s is of the same quality and passion without the lines. It’s a gem in South Asheville that has a cook that used to work for Sunny Point and it is DELICIOUS.
We’ve tried and ate just about everything and nothing has disappointed us. We particularly like their breakfast sandwich (which reminds of Sunny Point), and their huevos is superb. I can’t stress enough how great this place is. It’s honestly so good that I debated writing a review in fear that it’ll add to the wait but I felt it was a disservice not to.
Go here and enjoy!
It's more of a 4.5, but definitely not a 4. The only downside was service was not very smooth and streamlined. Although, it wasn't bad. I just had to ask for coffee. The sausage here is amazing. The food overall was really good. It tasted high quality and fresh. The coffee was above average for a breakfast place. There were lots of kids, and it felt friendly and accommodating to them. Substitutions were not a problem, but I believe there was some upcharging. It felt a little pricey, but not too crazy. If I lived in town, I'd visit regularly. Healthy sides are not a problem. I subbed a biscuit for kale. ????
Amazing food, great prices and service. Biscuits are wonderful.
This is the most incredible food I’ve ever had. I’d give this place more than 5 stars if possible. The quality of the ingredients are the best money can buy. And the variety of the menu keeps me coming back. Here’s a photo of a tres leches cake.
Their food is amazing. The home made breads and biscuits make the meals that much better. The only thing I want totally sold on was the tres leches cake, which was a little sweeter and stickier than I'm used to.
