(May 3, 2019, 8:20 pm)Awesome restaurant! I LOVE there pizza and I am VERY picky when it comes to pizza. We usually had pizza delivered or would pick up in the restaurant, but we ate in for the first time two days ago. It was a great experience.
The owner, Katie, served us herself. She was AMAZING!!! A lot of fun chatting with her and hearing the history of Asheville and her restaurant venture.
We will ALWAYS recommend Black Bear Pizza to anyone and everyone we know. Oh and their Gluten Free crust is awesome. -
(January 18, 2019, 9:24 pm)Surprisingly pretty considering it's so close to a gas station. Worked with Toni, who was super sweet and personable. Amazing customer service and attention to detail from her!! Would definitely eat here again!

(December 28, 2018, 10:25 pm)Quality pizza that really gives you extra cheese - that's important to me. These guys are genuinely local and make some great pizza. Sauce is delicious and plenty is provided.
