    Love their pizza. Just wish they delivered to my address.

    Horrible!!! Had to call and speak with manager Asia, after having waited 2 hours for our delivery order of 3 medium pizzas. I expressed my frustrations and suggested they don't take orders if they can't handle the volume being short staffed.

    She promised me it was going out that moment. So 2.5 hours later, pizzas are delivered but completely room temperature! Right now as I write this, pizzas are in my oven being heated.

    There is no excuse for this horrible experience.

    Update - Manager Asia called to apologise at 11 pm and said we would be getting a refund. It has now been 3 days and refund did not post so I called today and spoke with her and she explained that it is "on my account". I said what account? She said Domino's account. She said I should be able to see it when I log on or that I can call. I logged on and nothing is there so it seems that I have to call next time to order.

    UPDATE: Credit was indeed honored and I had no issues when I went to redeem my credit. It seems like Asia is taking better care of running this franchise as a manager and that is a great thing. Hopefully, she will continue at this location. I have updated this review from 1 star to 3 stars because of Asia's handling of the situation. Thank you.

    One of the best thin crust pizzas we can get around here.
