I found this truck at Oak and Grist Distilling Company in Black Mountain. All I can say is that it doesn't matter what you order, it's going to be spectacular. The pork belly pastrami sandwich may be the best sandwich I've ever eaten. The sides, especially the black eyed peas and pimento cheese, we're absolutely perfect, and the skillet cornbread is something your gramma wishes she could make. Find this truck. You'll thank me later.
