Outback Steakhouse

A group of friends and I came in earlier this evening when we were greeted so kindly at the door by the hostess. We had the privilege of having mr. Tony as our waiter. He was exceptional at his job and very friendly to all of us. He made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. The management came by to check on us which was a nice touch to the hospitality. Amazing atmosphere and over all great place to eat out!

Best blooming onion ever!!! It was cooked perfectly. Our salads were nice and cold and our meal was served hot and cooked perfectly.

Best outback I’ve ever been to! Jesse and Alex were our servers and were so happy, quick, and kind the entire time. Made the whole experience great! Will definitely be back. They even made sure we had a bowl for our pup when we got to-go water! Above and beyond customer service.

Best steak. I've had in 4n1/2 Years n the first time i.did not have to.use my own knife to cut it . no wait just.right to your table. Great service plenty of free parking. N very clean.n restrooms spotless. Worth the drive. Prices good.

Just left there this evening came all the way from Maggie Valley. Wanted to try them for my birthday since I never been to an Outback Steakhouse. I got the steak and lobster. The steak came out very under cooked for my liking and was so tough I couldn’t even chew it. The manager definitely came out of his way to fix the issue even though I was tired and kinda just ready to go he made my husband and I a new steak even gave us a new side when he did not have too. It was much better the second time around. Decided just to take it home since I have a ride back home. Server was good just wish he would have checked back after our food came and we started eating so I could of fixed the issue before I was kind of just ready to go. But overall he was good and very friendly. And I know it wasn’t his fault the steak wasn’t right. I will come back and try again. Lobster was fantastic and so was my broccoli and cheese!
