Taqueria Munoz

This Mexican restaurant is really good authentic Mexican street food very wide variety of dishes from tacos burritos to tamales is freshly made right in from of you prices are very adorable. The staff is very sweet and helpful and will work with you is you want anything extra. Only thing is they don’t have alcohol it would have been nice to have a cold crisp corona with the food other than that love the food and place.

New second location of the revered Taqueria Munoz on Patton Avenue in West Asheville. Amazing food, and amazingly cheap! They have a very basic picture menu, and counter ordering service that might not be intuitive for everybody; but it's super simple and works. It's pretty much a food truck scaled up into an indoor restaurant.

This place is AWESOME!!! We got tacos and tamales, and they were great. Friendly and helpful people. Good tap water too.

Warning: The sauces were not labeled, and my first choice was insanely hot. Try a tiny bit before you put it on your food. Or, Just get the light green sauce. It's plenty spicy.

Delicious meats, salsas, and made to oder corn tortillas. Really glad they opened a location on this side of town.

This their 3rd location and just as good as the original. The food really flavorful, meats cooked well. Kids really enjoyed the rice. Prices very reasonable. One of the best Mexican restaurants in Asheville, but would be good in any part of the country.
