The food was excellent, a fun blend of southern home cooking and refined fusion. The bar cocktail menu was playful and the drinks were blended to perfection. The biscuit for a cause was one of the best biscuits we have ever had, ever (let us not forget the blackberry preserves, Oh My). Our only slightly negative comment would be about the service. I will paraphrase my wife on this. "It was like being with a technically perfect lover who is looking over your shoulder thought the whole experience and wondering when it will be over." Take that as you may. Good food, fun atmosphere, and impersonal service.

What an incredible experience. The food was delicious and the drinks are incredible!! My wife and I have never had such great drinks. Seriously. Their electric lavender lemonade is the best and the deep fried chicken. Our server was excellent as well. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. We can not wait to come back again!!!

Tupelo honey did not disappoint! We made a reservation for a high top table, but when we got there they were able to change our seating to regular table. Tori, our server, was exceptional! She greeted us right away, got our drinks right away and made helpful recommendations. I got the southern chicken blt with fried chicken and my husband tried the shoo mercy griddle. It was a hard to make the final decision, but our tummies were very happy with our choices. I’m not a big fan of biscuits since they’re usually dry. Tupelo biscuits are also on the dry side, but they’re heavy, hearty and the blueberry jam that is served on the side made them a good choice.

Be sure you enjoy at least one meal here. Our server, Kyle, was extremely helpful and upon learning it was our first time here, gave us recommendations which we chose for our meal. The sweet and spicy chicken is totally divine! We also ordered the trio of mini desserts as it was my husband's 50th birthday. Each dessert was perfection. Love this place and would happily return!

Our dinner group had a lovely evening at Tupelo Honey last night. Our waitress, Alyssa, has provided the BEST service our group of 10 has experienced in long while now. We sit outdoors, everyone is wearing masks except when seated. Alyssa is kind, efficient and accurate. She checks in timely and we didn't want for anything. We will request her every time in the future. If you want great service and great food, go see Alyssa at Tupelo Honey Asheville!
