Went with large party for graduation celebration. Service was excellent. Menu had something for everyone. Food was great.
Great options for both food and drink. I had the salmon (which came with grits--WHAT) and my aunt was able to add the same serving of salmon to her delicious romaine salad. I had some delicious prosecco but they have beer (that's brewed by the ale house, i believe) and mixed drinks. Beautiful atmosphere, as well.
Food is fantastic! They always have great vegetarian selections. I'm not a strict vegetarian, but love the options. They also have an amazing Blue Grass band on Thursday, The Real Deal. Great craft beer also! ????
A top notch destination whether you're there just for a drink or a meal with friends. The staff are genuine people quick to help and accommodate. A great selection of meal options no matter what you're looking for. Every time in the Black Mountain area I have to make a stop here at the Ale House.
This place, though small, has great food and drinks! The sangria is the best sangria I've ever had. I also tried the adult hot chocolate and Carolina sunset, both were really good. Our food was amazing, some of the best fish and chips I've had that's not near the coast. Husband had the Ruben and was really happy with it. Service was also really good, our waitress was friendly, helpful and on point with refilling drinks, taking away fished dishes and keeping my drinks coming. I highly recommend this little place! We'll definitely be back!
