    Great sandwich and they actually had a gluten-free bread that tasted pretty good.

    Schlotzsky's has their very own spin on sandwiches that is excellent. Not a standard sandwich shop. Portions are huge if you order the big sandwiches. Bread is also distinctively good.

    The food is delicious, but the service is hit or miss.

    They seem seriously understaffed if there is only one person running the register and making sandwiches (and it often seems that way). The drive thru is also rarely open, probably for the same reason.

    I just came by at 12:10 pm on a Sunday, and the doors are locked with no explanation, when they should have opened at 10:30 am. If y'all want to put yourselves out of business, this is a good way to do it. This place could be great if it were adequately staffed.
