(March 22, 2019, 9:38 am)I love all La Carretas but the one in Weaverville is my favorite one. It has a great layout, fast attentive service, and the food blows Papa's and Beer out of the water. If you're driving through on I-26 stop here instead of the fast food. My girlfriend and I sat down and got our check in 20 minutes last night.

(January 13, 2019, 6:29 pm)My family comes here very often. We have eaten many different meals here too. This is lunch special 11. Just love the simplicity of this meal! The chicken is so moist and tender with just the right amount of green peppers and onions. Enjoy!!
