Well-Bred Bakery & Cafe

We enjoyed our lunch of curried chicken salad on a croissant and kale salad at Well-bred. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The space is clean and bright. The Bakery case looked so amazing, I really had to exercise restraint.

I enjoy the bakery very much, but I do have one complaint. The little radio that plays incessant behind the counter. It whines out barely understandable noises that nobody seems to be listening to. Why this noise is playing I have no idea, but it grates on my nerves. I think that they sound either buy a better sound system and pick appropriate music or just turn it off.

Such a great little place! The baked goods were absolutely beautiful! The coffee is great, and so was our breakfast sandwiches. It must be a local favorite because it was so busy, but the service was still excellent!

Wonderful local cafe with fresh deserts and tasty coffee. Beautiful interior with high detailed ceiling and large windows. A nice place to sit and enjoy an afternoon (on the rare day when it isn’t busy). There is a nice selection of soups sandwiches and sides. My favorite is the curry chicken sandwich and sesame noodle salad. The service is friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the sandwiches are premade so sometimes the bread gets soggy.

When you walk in, take a look at the sweets on the left, but bear right and the line starts on the far side of the counter. There is a sign above, and the people working there help you every step of the way with a smile on their face. We split the Sausage Strata and Chicken Curry Salad. So Damn Good!!! Yes, we had to take home an almond bar and tea cake. So Good and fresh. You can tell they put love in everything. Bus your own table. The bathrooms were clean. The whole place was!!!The napkin dispenser beside the front door was brilliant. The separate coffee station, and drink station, and bus station was smart because you never wait to get what you need, everyone is spread out. Great place!!!
