As a bk veteran i know that the crispy chickens have a hold time on them. And even though the phu has a timer for this, you can always tell when your chicken has expired. With that being said i dont appreciate waiting on my chicken to cook for it to come out hard and old looking around the edges. Please pay more attention yo your phu's please. I hate to join carrols corps team again and take one of your spots. I will vome back but the next time it happens chris or Alicia will be notified so i can actually find out who your dm is. Its a shame. Please nake sure your whole team has completed their gurus as well... Signed 3 yr bk veteran.

The food was good. I'm not a fry person but they were cooked right this time. The only downer is that we didn't get our cookies that come with the meal.

Fast, friendly service with a smile. Burger and chicken nuggets ($1 for 10) hot, fresh and tasty. No charge for water with my meal. A perfect lunch. Thanks, guys! Thoroughly enjoed it. ????
