Pleasantly surprised by this place. We were hungry and had just finished hiking. This was one of the few places close by that was still open so we decided to stop in. My burger was delicious and to be honest I was expecting a greasy road side diner type of burger. Not even close. It was delicious. Thick and cooked properly with fresh toppings. The bf had the Reuben and right after he ordered he said he'd probably regret. We've had some truly terrible greasy ones over the years. It was delicious. I stole a bite. Perfect amount of beef, saurkraut, and sauce. The bread was toasted perfectly and not soaked in grease like a lot of places do. Lovely little place! If you are hungry and trying to find a good bite to eat then definitely stop in here. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

The food here is great! Pot roast, meatloaf, chopped steak, veggies... it's all good. Homey atmosphere. Friendly staff. And your choice of three different counties to be seated in the same room! Did I mention the home made pie?? Go.

This is a long-standing gem that is a favorite for locals but also friendly to tourists. Pick a county to sit in! The kids loved looking at all of the things on the walls. We ate breakfast here two days in a row and had everything from pancakes to breakfast sandwiches to grits and home fries. Friendly service and AMAZING homemade jelly that was also available for sale. We will make this a regular stop when visiting the mountains.

Great food. Reasonably priced. Nice size servings. Warm inviting atmosphere. Fantastic homemade desserts. No way you will leave hungry!!!
