Great taproom with awesome local beer. It's got lots of outdoor space, awesome food trucks, and local places deliver if there's no food truck that day. Highly recommend.

Sitting outside on a picnic table on a fine, sunny Sunday afternoon drinking great beer and hard seltzer - 5 stars. A bartender took our 2nd round order picnic table side, and she forgot us. We could see her behind the bar cleaning, taking care of beer glasses, pouring the occasional drink, and coming out to talk to her kids. After several minutes, my wife went to the bar to ask about our drinks. The order was in the computer. The bartender who poured our drinks was apologetic, but still.

Hillman beer is brewing very delicious beers! 16+ choices to choose from, You will definitely find something to enjoy. The staff is amazing, friendly, and helpful finding you a beer to enjoy! The Taproom is in the building across from Moondog Pizza(they will deliver) and adjacent to the old Catawba brewery, which will become a restaurant and brew house in the future. Tap room is now officially open. Great selection of beers as usual. Management and staff are very friendly. Good vibe with the Motown regulars and are typically 30 yo and up.
Big outside seating area. Pet friendly. No kitchen. But food options close by. Moondog Pizza across the road. Jake's burgers one block away. Green Street Grille 3 blocks away just mention a few.
