    Every time I go get my nails done I always stop in I love their food and the ingredients are always fresh great customer service and they never get my order wrong

    Great food, "Freaky Fast" while in store. Friendly staff and a solid chain for submarine sandwiches. However, delivery time did not meet my expectations.

    I ordered online around 1:15 p.m. and Jimmy Johns has an online order tracker that shows you the status. It states that the order was received a minute later, confirmed a minute after, and states the order was out for delivery around 1:30. I didn't receive my order until an additional 20 minutes after it was "out for delivery", marking the total time from ordering 35 minutes. While I may expect this from a local pizza delivery, for a company whose slogan is "Freaky Fast", I wasn't that impressed with their delivery time, especially when another sandwich shop less than a mile away delivers in almost half of the time.
