R&R BBQ

Stopped in last evening for supper. I had the barbecue chicken white meat and it was delicious. Their hush puppies are the best you will ever find anywhere.

Best BBQ in Concord. They give big portions at a very fair price. It's a little bit off the beaten path but it's worth the few extra minutes drive. The banana pudding is wonderful. Fast and very friendly service. Always a great experience.

Food was really good. Highlights were the okra (freshly prepared, it was hot and tasty), the corn and the hush puppies. The beans were very average (tasted very similar to Bush baked beans) and I wish that I went with the pinto beans instead. Server recommend the baked beans over the pintos. The BBQ was fine. We receive a generous portion and would up taking some of it home with us just due to the amount that we received. The mac n cheese would have been much better if it had been hot. It was lukewarm.

Really good BBQ and banana pudding! Great portions as well. My only regret was not ordering the extra helping of BBQ pork. I left full .

R&R is a good spot. Reasonably priced. Very good burgers and pulled pork. The Fried Corn on the Cob is awesome. Brisket is a once a week special, I got it once, and it wasn't the best brisket I've ever had - it was a bit tough and seemed like it might have been rushed...
