    Sorry BK, but this location is now a hit or miss with the quality & wait time for the food. The coke icee machine is ALWAYS broken, and the dining area soda machine is always out of ice.
    When they start getting the evening dinner rush, quality takes a back seat. Seems like just getting the customers out of the building is their main concern, no matter how their food is prepared or even if the customer is shorted.
    If they would just slow things down a little bit and choose 1 person to be in control vs everyone running all around like a chicken with it's head cut off. The place is VERY chaotic, I almost asked the staff if they needed my help. Please get control of this restaurant or face loosing more customers.
