THE SMOKE PIT

Having grown up in North Carolina, I feel like I can confidently judge BBQ. When I came to The Smoke Pit, I was seriously impressed. This place is GOOD!!! Then we decided to have them cater our wedding and it was good on an entire level!

The catering was very reasonably priced and there were lots of options to chose from!! THE. FOOD. WAS. AMAZING!!! All of the guests were raving about it!! We had chicken, pork, green beans, mac and cheese, sweet potato casserole, banana pudding, and chocolate pie. I would 100% recommend them!!

The only thing I regret is that in the to go boxes they packed for us (Such great customer service!!) they didn't include any chocolate pie, so I never got to try some! LOL. But everything else was seriously top level!! Thanks Alan for working so hard to make our wedding day so great!!

1st lunch visit. EVERYTHING was outstanding. Got there early Saturday 11:30am(as was recommended). The place was packed by 12:15. And a line was forming. Don't think you'd go wrong with anything off the menu. I'd recommend.

This place is awesome. There were 9 of us in our group. Each had something different. All of it was good. Pulled pork, brisket, wings(they are huge) etc...were delicious. Love the deviled egg potato salad too! Would definitely go here often if we lived in the area.

the best barbecue I’ve ever had. I’ve eaten a lot of barbecue beef brisket, the burnt ends and the pork are phenomenal besides the sides are also wonderful most places are shareable. My family and I have been here several times to have dinner together and we have never been disappointed as a family. Not only do we love the food but the friendly atmosphere is fantastic. Patron speak and converse to one another even though they are total strangers. Love this place and their food. Don’t be discouraged by the long line it moves quickly.

Stopped at Stock Market to look at their meat and other items. What a great store and great variety. Prices are incredibly reasonable. Do yourself a favor and check them out. Also enjoy check out their restaurant.
