Flaming Chinese Buffet

Pretty solid buffet! I’ve had the fun of watching this place go from a very standard, somewhat run-down Chinese buffet to what really should be the standard and then some. They have surprisingly non-scary sushi (and this comes from someone who will normally pass on buffet sushi... normally, yikes. Not here.), a pretty good salad bar, and a dizzying array of hot and cold foods to choose from regardless of when you go. Good prices and very friendly, attentive staff make this place worth every penny, especially when that buffet craving strikes.

The staff ( most of them) are friendly and outgoing and do a great job. The price is reasonable as well. What I had a problem with was some of the staff I tried to get assistance from. They were very dismissive, and kept pointing me to the next person, indicating they spoke no English. Also, they were slow to refill the premium items, such as, the fried crabs, shrimp, etc. I asked twice for more crabs, and kept getting weird answers in another language. I just ate something else instead and stayed away for a month. But that fried crab called me back andbj gave in and went. It was the same experience though. However, I will go again k owing what to expect, and look at the buffet BEFORE I decide to stay. Therefore, there will be NO tips, because I guess that's where we have a language barrier also. I will NOT top for ratty service.

Their food is good when there is a big crowd, they say kids under 3 is free but they charge you for the kid drink. Good selection... friendly staff

The chicken choices were really good. A few types of rice to choose from and the lo mein was excellent. There's a good selection of hot sauces too. Surprised that the buffalo wings were so good.

I miss the old owners and how the place used to look. The new owners spell things wrong on their signs. The place doesn't look as nice anymore. Went there a month ago and my feet were sticking to the carpet by the sushi because of how humid it was inside (gross!) But I went last week again and thankfully the humidity was gone but the carpet is gross by the sushi bar. Heat has been broken in the restrooms for over a month.
What saves this place is the made to order hibachi grill man and the food in general. That guy is a great cook! And the food he cooks for you tastes great! Also the sushi is decent and great as well.
**update 1/2019**
The bathroom problem has been fixed and the floor is decent again. The English signs have also improved. So changed from 3 to 4 stars.
